Supply technical samples and equipment and sell laboratory or range access

Sell, rent, lend, or give qualifying samples, drawings, and manufacturing information; sell, rent, or lend equipment for exclusive independent R&D or friendly-government demonstrations; provide paid testing and laboratory, research-center, or range access.
