Share Army industrial work, facilities, and joint competitive offers

Working-capital-funded Army industrial facilities may collaborate with non-Army entities on military or commercial projects, including shared work, sales, facility/equipment use, and joint offers for federal competitive procurements.

What this is not / limit: Incremental customer payments and payment in kind are allowed but do not eliminate cost-recovery requirements.

Eligibility gate
