Lease existing housing or competitively procure housing to be built and leased

Acquire suitable military family or unaccompanied housing by lease under §2874; use the separate shortage-based family-housing lease and congressionally authorized build-to-lease mechanisms under §§2828 and 2835.

Eligibility gate
