Collect, compromise or offset debts owed to the Government

Collect agency debts, compromise or end eligible collection actions, use administrative offset after required process, and contract for debt-collection services while retaining sovereign decisions.

What this is not / limit: Ordinary §3711 compromise authority capped at $100,000 excluding interest or higher amount prescribed by Attorney General; fraud/false claims and antitrust claims excluded.
